PP Kathy Heinrich Club admin- reminder next week is visit to Salvos Gawler for meal. Leanne is currently chasing up final meal orders.
Looked at the Calendar and our Christmas dinner is planned for 23rd December. Kathy has contacted Nixon’s and we can have it on the 16th but upstairs is booked so we need to use downstairs as usual. Problem is we can only have 60 people maximum and no round tables. So members were asked to vote on final date preferences:
Option 1. Stay on 23rd and have it upstairs
Option 2. Move it to 16th and have limited numbers downstairs
Option 3. Look for alternative dates for upstairs.
Majority of members voted to hold it on the 23rd upstairs.
Rotary meetings for 2025 will commence 13th January at our annual Bowls evening.
