Once again we have a combined bulletin, this time due to not having very much to report. The meeting on 23rd September was unusually quiet with many members absent. PP Dave Griffith was a welcome visitor though, and he gave a brief update as to what has been happening for him. One highlight is the announcement he has now been named Director for his theatre group- congratulations and all the best with it Dave.
Ron Lloyd reported that when he was ordering specific handles for the BBQ trailer, he found them at a company in Adelaide. When he went to collect them and asked for the invoice, he was told there was no charge. This is a significant saving of $450 which can be used elsewhere.

The Rotary Club of Gawler proudly award a certificate to each guest speaker explaining that a donation has been made to End Polio campaign in their name instead of the usual glass or pen gift. Each donation will ensure 45 children receive the vaccine.
Meeting 3223 was a committee night with each committee getting together to plan and discuss projects both ongoing and upcoming.

Each guest speaker is presented with a certificate indicating they have had a donation made in their name to vaccinate 45 children against Polio.
This tradition was brought in by the current District Governor when she was president of our club. A proud tradition which is appreciated by everyone.
